Gilding

Since its foundation, Bénard & Daugert has practiced all types of gilding. Depending on the desired effect, finishing - and of course, budget - you can opt for oil gilding, "simili bruni" compound gilding or water gilding.
The gilding can have a glazed finished to set off the plate tone, or it can be polished.

Gilding is timeless and can be used with "classic" décor as when restoring furniture and frames, or with contemporary pieces, as a solid, with white gold, or, for example on a black plate.
